Take Your Next Faithful Step

The foundation of Live Called, in one verse

If Live Called has a single anchor verse, it is Ephesians 4:1, because it stacks these three Greek words in one sentence:

I urge you to walk truly (axiōs) in the calling (klēsis) with which you were called (kaleō).

God has already called you (kaleō). The calling you carry is to belong to Him and to follow Jesus into the story He is telling (klēsis) — not a career path or job prospect to decode. And the one open question of your life is whether you will walk truly (axiōs) in that calling — improvising faithfully with your whole self, alongside others, in the unfinished act before a Director who is in the scene with you.

The question was never What is my calling? The calling is settled; you were invited into the STORY before you spoke a line. Now that you have accepted that invitation to life in God’s STORY, the question — the living, daily, exhilarating question — is Who is God developing me to be, and how do I show up faithfully in the scene He is already writing?

That shift — from calling as a puzzle to solve to calling as a story to inhabit, a role to develop, a performance offered for an Audience of One (who is also the Star and Director) — is the foundation of everything Live Called is and does.

Find Yourself in The Story — And Take Your Next Faithful Step

High Schoolers

Choosing a college can feel like the biggest guess of your life so far — as if one wrong pick could derail the whole story. But you're not staring down a cosmic puzzle to solve. You're discerning the next scene the Author is writing you into. Here, I'll help you bring your Primary Calling (who am I?), your emerging Personal Calling (how has God gifted me?), and the Promptings (what am I sensing from God?) into your search — so the question shifts from "which school is right?" to "who is God shaping me to become, and where?"

College Students

Somewhere between declaring a major and deciding "what you'll do with your life," the pressure to find the one right answer can be paralyzing. Live Called meets you here differently: your major isn't a life sentence, and your career isn't a puzzle with a single solution — it's the next faithful step in developing your Personal Calling. I'll help you strengthen the Vital Threads already at work in you and learn to hear the Author's Promptings as you choose your path forward.

Young Professionals

The job didn't fix it. The apartment, the relationship, the five-year plan — none of it quieted the question underneath: is this actually my life? That unraveling isn't a detour from your calling; it's often the doorway into it. Here I'll help you trade the exhausting work of solving your purpose for the deeper, freer practice of developing it — learning to hear the Author's voice through HEARS and take your next faithful step, one Prompting at a time.

The Live Called Idea

Calling isn't a puzzle to solve. It's a Story to inhabit.
